Blackberry Gin Smash

1 ounce gin
5 blackberries
1 tsp. sugar
Tonic or Seltzer water
Lemon slices

Muddle washed blackberries and sugar in the bottom of each glass. Fill with ice and pour 1 ounce of gin over. Top with tonic (for a sweeter drink) or seltzer (if you’re counting calories) and squeeze the juice of 1/4 a lemon. Garnish with berries & lemon slices. Cheers!

COCKTAIL OF THE WEEK: BLOOD ORANGE FIZZ

There’s nothing better than a refreshing citrus cocktail in the middle of winter to put a pep in your step and our Blood Orange Fizz is just that.

THE BLOOD ORANGE FIZZ

1.5 oz vodka
Juice from 1 blood orange
splash of Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
soda water

Fill glasses with ice and add vodka, triple sec and orange juice. Stir in 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar and top with soda water. Garnish with rosemary.
